Processing Times

 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. All delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is accurate at checkout.

Duties, Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

These fees are:

  • Not included in the purchase price
  • Not controlled by us
  • The sole responsibility of the customer

If a customer refuses to pay duties or import fees and the package is returned to us, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and a refund will only be issued once the item is returned to us in its original condition.

Refused or Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient or returned to us due to:

  • Non-payment of customs fees
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to pick up the package
  • Delivery refusal

… the customer is responsible for:

  • Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier
  • Reshipment fees if they want the package resent

Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after the merchandise is returned to us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility.

If a package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Customers must contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
  • We are unable to replace or refund items marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Address at Checkout

If the address provided at checkout is incorrect:

  • Please contact us immediately.
  • If the order has not shipped, we will update the address.
  • If the order has shipped, we cannot change it, and no refunds will be provided for lost packages due to an incorrect address.

Return Shipping Fees

If an order is returned to us for any reason outside of our control (duties unpaid, incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect), the return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Refund Eligibility for Returned Packages

A refund will only be processed when:

  1. The product is returned to us,
  2. It arrives in its original, unused condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
